Job Summary
Craysol Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, system administration, and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both Windows and Linux environments and be capable of handling complex technical issues independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, firewalls, and L2/L3 switches.
- Administer Windows and Linux servers.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Apache, MySQL, and SQL Servers.
- Perform server maintenance, hardware upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Administer Asterisk servers and ITSM tools.
- Implement security measures, monitor system performance, and ensure infrastructure reliability.
- Handle cybersecurity best practices, vulnerability management, and incident response.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Administration, or System Administration.
- Strong knowledge of networking, routing, switching, and firewall management.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Mandatory Certifications
- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
- RHCSA (Red Hat Certified System Administrator) or equivalent Linux certification
Preferred Certifications
- CompTIA Security+
- CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
- Fortinet NSE
- Cisco CyberOps Associate
- Microsoft Server/Azure Certifications
Qualification
- Graduation/Post Graduation in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
