Role Details
Position: Western Music Academic Expert (Vocals / Guitar / Keyboard)
Mode: Online (Work from Home)
Expected Earnings: Starting at INR 18,000/- per month
Working Hours: 12:00 AM – 5:00 AM IST
Working Days: 6 days a week
Weekly Off: Thursday or Friday
Eligibility
- Strong foundation in Western Vocals, Guitar, or Keyboard
- Sound knowledge of Music Theory, Staff Notation, and Sight Reading
- Prior teaching, learner assessment, or demo session experience preferred
- Comfortable conducting engaging demo sessions for learners across age groups (6 to 60 years)
- Ability to assess learners' musical proficiency and recommend appropriate learning levels
- Comfortable communicating and teaching in English
- Comfortable using digital teaching tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong communication, presentation, and learner engagement skills
- Professional online teaching setup with stable internet connectivity
- Willing to work the designated night shift (12:00 AM – 5:00 AM IST)
- Opportunity to interact with international learners
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and interactive demo sessions for prospective learners
- Assess learners' current musical knowledge, aptitude, and proficiency
- Recommend appropriate learner level tagging based on assessments
- Help learners understand the value of Artium's structured curriculum
- Deliver an exceptional first learning experience that inspires learners to begin their musical journey
