Sales Executive
Experience: 2+ Years
Location: Okhla, Phase 1, Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing customers.
- Follow up on leads to drive sales.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and understand their requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales and internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.
- Maintain customer records and update lead status regularly.
- Achieve assigned sales and follow-up targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets will be an advantage.
