Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Tele caller to join our team. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in handling customer calls and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Maintain customer records and update data regularly.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience as a Tele caller or in a similar role.
- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
