- 6 years of experience in System Administration Infrastructure Support
- Administer configure and support HPE NonStop Guardian Operating Systems in production and enterprise environments
- Manage system installation upgrades patches security hardening and performance tuning
- Monitor system health capacity storage and batch job processing to ensure high availability and stability
- Perform incident management problem management and root cause analysis for critical production issues
- Handle disaster recovery DR planning testing and execution including backups and restore procedures
- Troubleshoot hardware software OS and performance issues across NonStop and Linux environments
- Work on change management system documentation SOPs and compliance records
- Collaborate with application teams vendors and cross functional global teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions
- Support 24 7 production environments including on call and weekend support when required
