We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer who can take ownership of end-to-end project execution, build production-ready applications, and work with modern AI-assisted development tools.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Software Engineer with strong full-stack development experience and the ability to deliver production-grade software solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in modern web technologies, cloud-native development, AI-assisted coding tools, and database design while being capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and communicating technical concepts clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain production-grade software applications.
● Own complete project execution from planning to deployment and post-release support.
● Develop scalable backend services using Python and Node.js.
● Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js.
● Design, optimize, and maintain relational database schemas and queries.
● Work with containerized applications and Kubernetes (K8S) environments.
● Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and Antigravity to improve engineering productivity.
● Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.
● Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
● Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical documentation.
● Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
● Ensure engineering best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines are followed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
● 2–5 years of professional software development experience.
● Strong experience building production-grade applications.
● Hands-on experience with:
○ React.js
○ Python
○ Node.js
○ DBMS concepts
○ Relational Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent)
○ Claude Code
○ Claude Computing
○ Antigravity
● Strong understanding of Kubernetes (K8S).
● Experience with REST APIs and backend architecture.
● Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
● Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Soft Skills:
● Excellent communication and technical presentation skills.
● Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
● Strong ownership mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute projects independently.
● Team player with strong collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
● Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
● Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
● Exposure to AI/LLM-based application development is an added advantage.
● Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
