Overview:
The Processor – HRM is a resource with required level of expertise, responsible to handle employee data updation (Hire, Job Data Changes / Personal Data Changes / Termination etc.) per standard operating procedures and 100% accuracy. The resource is responsible for workflow management for resolving employee/ customer issues. He/ she works with the respective managers to identify process improvements by identifying issues, process delays, and quality problems and display ownership in executing corresponding solutions.

Formal Education & Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Advance computer knowledge required (MS- Office Applications)
- Proven ability to adapt to new tools by applying logical approach
- Working Experience of 1.5 – 3 years in Employee Data Management Process.
- Typing speed of 30 wpm with 100% accuracy
Knowledge & Experience
- Excellent understanding of core process step and impact thereof
- Excellent process knowledge of Employee Data Management.
- Ability to properly research, identify, and document a system defect
- Good understanding of various Systems/ applications being used to process
o the client administrative environment
o the various Systems being used to process a participant issue
o Workflow Management
- Basic understanding of MIS
- Good understanding of Service level agreements.

- Manage company Structure, New Hire/Rehire, Separations, F&F Settlement, Payroll updates, etc.
- Review and Approve Personal Information Changes. Contact management if any new hire is submitted with incorrect information or if anything is missing.
- Supports answering helpdesk calls by making appropriate research as per standard procedure.
