Patient Care
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
- Monitor and record vital signs, intake-output, and patient condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care.
- Ensure timely reporting of any change in patient condition to the treating doctor and nursing in-charge.
Documentation
- Maintain accurate and complete nursing records.
- Document medications, procedures, assessments, and nursing interventions.
- Ensure proper handover during shift changes.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
