Hiring: Business Analyst (3–4 Years Experience)
We are looking for a talented Business Analyst with 3–4 years of experience who has worked on AI-driven projects and possesses a strong understanding of MERN Stack and MEAN Stack project environments.
Key Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience working on AI/ML-based projects, Generative AI solutions, or AI-powered applications.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for technology projects.
- Good understanding of MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) development projects.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and wireframes.
- Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Work closely with development teams on AI, MERN Stack, and MEAN Stack projects.
- Define project scope, business processes, and functional requirements.
- Create and maintain project documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis, and solution assessments.
- Support project planning, testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
- Ensure business objectives are aligned with technical solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
