- We are seeking a technically strong Odoo Developer responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing Odoo ERP solutions. The role involves translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring optimal performance, security, and maintainability of the Odoo environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python.
- Design and modify Odoo models, views, workflows, and reports.
- Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs with third-party systems.
- Create custom QWeb reports and templates.
- Perform Odoo migrations and version upgrades.
- Optimize PostgreSQL queries and database performance.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
- Implement security rules, access controls, and record rules.
- Conduct testing (Unit Testing, UAT support).
- Prepare technical documentation and deployment guides.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders.
Technical Skills RequiredCore
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience in Odoo (Community/Enterprise)
- Knowledge of Odoo ORM and MVC architecture
- PostgreSQL database management
- XML, QWeb, and JavaScript basics
- Odoo module development lifecycle

Experience Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development
- Experience in implementing at least 2 full Odoo ERP projects
- Exposure to HRMS, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, or Manufacturing modules
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field
