We are looking for an Interior Project Supervisor oversees all on-site execution for interior fit-out works.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Site Execution & Workmanship
- Supervise daily site activities: civil, carpentry, POP, painting, flooring, electrical, plumbing, HVAC
- Interpret 2D drawings, details, and 3D views for the labor team and subcontractors
- Ensure work matches approved drawings, specs, and material samples
- Check line, level, plumb, and finish quality at each stage
2. Manpower & Contractor Management
- Plan daily labor allocation and monitor productivity of carpenters, painters, electricians, etc.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure they follow sequence and timelines
- Record daily attendance, work done, and material consumption
3. Material & Inventory Control
- Check materials delivered against PO for quantity, spec, and damage
- Issue materials from site store and minimize wastage/pilferage
- Raise material requests in advance to avoid site stoppage
4. Quality & Safety
- Conduct quality checks before, during, and after each activity
- Prepare and close snag lists with the Project Coordinator/Client
- Enforce site safety: PPE, barricading, electrical safety, work-at-height permits
- Report any safety incidents or quality issues immediately
5. Progress Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain daily progress reports with photos, labor count, and work status
- Update the Project Coordinator on delays, site hindrances, or client changes
- Coordinate with MEP, civil, and other agencies to avoid clashes
6. Handover & Finishing
- Ensure all services are tested: lights, switches, plumbing, AC, etc.
- Get final cleaning and touch-ups done before client handover
- Assist with as-built markups and handover documentation
REQUIREMENTS
Education: ITI/Diploma in Civil, Interior Design, or related trade
Experience: 3-5 years supervising interior fit-out sites, residential or commercial
Skills: Can read AutoCAD drawings, tape/level/laser tools, basic Excel/WhatsApp for reporting
Attributes: Strong field presence, disciplined, problem-solver, good with labor teams
