- Candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Job posting and recruitment tracker management
- Stakeholder and candidate relationship management
- Ensuring timely closure of positions
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment for Real Estate or Construction industry, Qualification: Civil plus MBA
- Strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Immediate joiners will be prefered
