Job Summary
Hotel Chenthur Park is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (Fresher) to generate new business opportunities for rooms, banquets, conferences, corporate events, and restaurant sales. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new corporate clients and travel agents.
- Promote hotel rooms, banquet halls, conference facilities, and restaurant services.
- Generate leads through phone calls, emails, and direct visits.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on proposals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Update daily sales reports and customer database.
- Attend networking events and local business meetings.
Required Skills
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to travel locally.
- Ability to work under targets.
Qualification
- Any Degree (BBA, MBA, Hotel Management, Marketing, or related field preferred).
