Utilizing cutting-edge production facilities and an integrated ERP framework (Odoo), we ensure seamless, high-quality manufacturing and on-time installation services for our clients.
Position Summary
The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics, packaging verification, material loading, and final outbound transit operations at our modular manufacturing unit. This role acts as a critical bridge between the factory production floor, the delivery fleet, and the site installation teams, ensuring that complete and damage-free modular components reach client locations exactly on schedule.
Key Responsibilities1. Inward & Outbound Logistical Coordination
- Coordinate everyday dispatch schedules based on delivery timelines provided by the project management and installation teams.
- Arrange and assign commercial transport vehicles (tempos, trucks) while negotiating or verifying freight charges according to company-approved matrices.
- Maintain precise documentation for outbound goods, including Delivery Challans (DC), E-Way bills, invoices, and packing lists.
2. Final Quality & Component Verification
- Conduct final physical inspections of finished modular panels (carcasses, shutters, edge-banding) and hardware kits prior to staging.
- Cross-verify the packed packages against the engineering drawing bill of materials (BOM) to guarantee zero missing items (screws, runners, brackets, handles).
- Flag and report any manufacturing defects or transit-unfriendly packaging to the production supervisor immediately.
3. Loading & Safety Management
- Supervise the ground-level loading labor to ensure modular units are stacked securely using appropriate buffering materials (foam, bubble wrap, corner guards) to prevent scratches or transit damage.
- Optimize vehicle volumetric capacity to balance the safe distribution of weight during transit.
4. ERP Operations & Stock Tracking
- Regularly update the factory ERP (Odoo) database for raw material deductions, stock transfers, and precise outbound shipping updates.
- Maintain absolute clarity on finished goods inventory sitting in the staging area waiting for dispatch.

- Work Location: Samy Industrial Estate, SF # 276/4, Gining Factory Road, Chinniyampalayam, Irugur North, Coimbatore – 641103.
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
- Working Hours: Factory standard shifts (Flexibility needed during peak end-of-month dispatch pressure).
Candidate Profile (Requirements)Education & Experience
- Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, B.Sc, BBA) or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management / Mechanical engineering.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience working as a Dispatch, Logistics, or Stores Executive within a Manufacturing Plant, preferably handling Modular Furniture, Woodworking, Ply/Laminates, or interior fits.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
