About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to manage data operations, build automation solutions, and improve business processes using Google Workspace tools. The ideal candidate should have strong Google Sheets expertise and a passion for automation and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and organize data in Google Sheets.
- Create advanced formulas, reports, dashboards, and MIS for business operations.
- Develop, test, and maintain automation workflows using Google Apps Script.
- Integrate Google Workspace applications with third-party tools and platforms.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, analysis, and reporting.
- Identify repetitive manual processes and implement automation solutions.
- Troubleshoot workflow issues, identify bugs, and implement improvements.
- Monitor and maintain existing automation systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and improve efficiency.
- Generate actionable insights through data analysis and reporting.
Required Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Strong understanding of formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and data visualization.
- Working knowledge of Google Apps Script.
- Experience with workflow automation and process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Qualification
- Graduate in Commerce, Computer Applications, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Freshers with strong Google Sheets and Automation skills may also apply.
