Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients
- Explain company services clearly and professionally
- Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls or meetings
- Maintain call records and update lead details
- Follow up with interested prospects
Requirements
- Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)
- Basic knowledge of computer usage
- Ability to handle calls confidently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior tele-calling experience is an advantage but not mandatory
