We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Junior Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site construction activities and ensuring smooth execution of civil works while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure all civil works are executed as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and labour teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor quality, safety, and work progress at the site.
- Maintain daily site reports and progress updates.
- Assist senior engineers in planning, execution, and site management.
- Ensure proper material usage and site discipline.

Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of site experience in civil construction.
- Knowledge of construction drawings and site management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle site responsibilities independently.
