We're looking for a dynamic, result-driven Digital Sales Manager with a strong profile in digital advertising and brand awareness campaigns, to lead revenue growth through new client acquisition and strategic relationship management with brands and agencies. The ideal candidate combines deep programmatic and digital media expertise with a hunter mindset for new business.

What you will do:
•Drive new business acquisition by onboarding brands, agencies, and advertisers
•Build and nurture relationships with media agencies, direct clients, and marketing decision-makers
•Generate revenue across Programmatic, Display, Video, Native, CTV, Performance Marketing, and Mobile
•Identify new business opportunities and build a robust, sustainable sales pipeline
• Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, media plans, and lead commercial negotiations
•Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
•Partner with Account Management, Ad Operations, Publisher Development, and Product teams for seamless campaign execution
•Track campaign performance and client satisfaction to drive repeat business and account growth
•Stay current on digital advertising trends, AdTech innovations, and competitive landscape
•Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records
•MBA in Marketing referred or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Media, or a related field
•5-10 Years in Digital Advertising Sales, Brand Advertising, Media Sales, AdTech, Programmatic, or Performance Marketing
•Strong profile in digital & brand awareness campaigns, with proven ability to build brand visibility for clients
•Established network across media agencies, brands, and advertisers
•Working knowledge of Programmatic Advertising, DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, Google DV360, and Google Ad Manager
•Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
•Track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
•Sharp analytical and business development instincts
•Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial in approach
•Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, and Google Workspace
