Job Summary
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and delivering solution-based sales of precision engineering and industrial automation products.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and grow business within the assigned territory.
- Develop new OEM customers and identify project opportunities.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
- Work closely with engineering and application teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B Industrial Sales.
