As a Business Development Associate, you will connect with potential learners, understand their requirements, and guide them toward the right courses. Roles & Responsibilities
- Contact and counsel prospective learners regarding our courses.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.
- Adhere to company policies and ethical sales practices.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Final Year Students can apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales mindset with strong negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome.
Compensation & Benefits
- Probation Period: 2 Months
- Salary During Probation: ₹10,000 per month
- Post-Probation Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on performance)
