Hiring: Recruitment Interviewer
Location: Remote
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephone, virtual, interviews for technical and non-technical positions.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, communication, and suitability for the role.
- Verify candidate documents, qualifications, and work experience.
- Explain job opportunities, salary packages, and company requirements to candidates.
- Prepare interview reports, assessments, and recommendations.
- Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Schedule and manage interview appointments efficiently.
- Support recruitment campaigns for local and overseas employment opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment or HR experience.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi .
- Experience in candidate screening and interviewing.
- Proficient in MS Office and online recruitment platforms.
- Overseas recruitment experience is an advantage.
