Job Summary
The Voice Process Executive at eClerx Services Ltd is responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls, resolving queries, providing product or service information, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and the capability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and technical issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and call quality standards.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet daily performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, and call quality.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Follow company policies, compliance rules, and communication guidelines.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication and listening skills.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing ability.
- Ability to work in night or rotational shifts.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Undergraduate (depending on process).
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior experience in BPO / customer service / call center is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
