We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with a strong expertise in Power BI to help us drive data-backed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain visually stunning and highly functional Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Data Integration: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources (SQL, Excel, Cloud storage) into Power BI.
- Advanced Analytics: Write complex DAX queries, functions, and optimize data models for peak performance.
- Business Intelligence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Data Maintenance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all reports.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Developer.
- Power BI Mastery: Deep understanding of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (joining tables, writing queries) and advanced Excel.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to look at a chart and tell the "story" behind the numbers.
- Communication: Good communication skills to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
