Strong experience in DevOps / platform engineering supporting software delivery teams in an enterprise environment.
Hands-on experience with Git-based source control, branching strategies, pull request workflows, code review practices, and release governance.
Experience in designing, building, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Pipelines, Jenkins, or similar.
Good understanding of build, test, packaging, deployment, artifact management, and release automation.
Hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise and/or Azure DevOps, including repository management, pipeline configuration, access control, service connections/secrets, and environment setup.
Experience with workflow/pipeline templates, reusable workflows, YAML-based configuration, and automation standards.
Working knowledge of DevSecOps practices, including secrets management, least privilege access, secure SDLC, auditability, and compliance controls.
Experience in scripting/automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Azure/AWS/GCP.
Good troubleshooting skills for pipeline failures, repository access issues, deployment failures, runner/agent issues, and environment-related problems.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work with application teams, development teams, QA, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
