We are expanding our sales network and looking for ambitious, action-oriented Sales Executives who want to build a high-income career in real estate.
This is not a traditional 9-to-5 salaried role. It is an uncapped, performance-based opportunity where your income grows with the sales you generate.
What You Will Do
As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to find potential customers, understand their requirements, show them the right property and help them complete their purchase.
Your work will include:
- Generating potential customer leads
- Contacting and speaking with prospects
- Understanding their budget, requirements and investment goals
- Following up consistently with interested customers
- Meeting prospects and building relationships
- Conducting property/site visits
- Explaining project details, location, pricing and investment potential
- Handling customer questions and objections
- Negotiating and assisting in closing deals
- Building your own customer and referral network
- Maintaining regular follow-up with prospects until closure

1. How to Generate Leads
We'll teach you different ways to find potential property buyers and create a consistent pipeline of prospects.
2. How to Approach Customers
You'll learn how to contact prospects, start conversations, build interest and turn strangers into potential customers.
3. How to Understand Customer Needs
You'll learn how to identify a customer's budget, purpose, urgency and requirements.
4. How to Handle Customers
We'll train you on communication, presentations, follow-ups and relationship building.
5. How to Handle Objections
You'll learn how to respond when customers say things like:
"Price zyada hai."
"Soch ke batayenge."
"Family se discuss karna hai."
"Abhi investment nahi karna."
"Dusri property bhi dekh rahe hain."
6. How to Conduct Site Visits
You'll learn how to present the project professionally and help customers make informed decisions.
7. How to Close Sales
We'll teach you practical sales processes and closing techniques to move qualified prospects toward a purchase.
