Responsible for supporting our B2B chemical sales team
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Research and identify potential B2B clients in target industries through various channels, including online databases, industry publications, networking events, and social media.
- Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Proactively seek new lead generation opportunities and contribute to improving lead generation strategies.
- Lead Qualification and Outreach:
- Contact potential clients through phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce our products and services.
- Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria, assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
- Effectively pass on qualified leads to core sales team.
- Sales Support:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, proposals, and presentations.
- Assist with processing customer orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any order-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead progress in CRM or other designated systems.
- Generate reports on sales performance, lead generation, and other key metrics.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing team, and other internal stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to team discussions.
