Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Management:
Develop engaging and compelling content for our website, blog, and social media channels.
Coordinate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and aligned with the brand's messaging and tone.
Social Media Management:
Manage and monitor our social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to increase followers and enhance engagement.
Create and schedule regular posts, campaigns, and advertisements to promote our products and services.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a timely and professional manner.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving our website's search engine ranking.
Optimize website content, meta tags, and other elements to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
Stay updated on SEO best practices and algorithm changes to implement effective strategies.
Email Marketing:
Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
Segment email lists based on demographics, behaviours, and interests to deliver personalized content.
Monitor email performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, engagement metrics, conversion rates, and ROI.
Generate regular reports to evaluate the success of digital marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Strong passion for digital marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
Prior internship or relevant experience in digital marketing is desirable but not required.
