Key Responsibilities:
- Handle front desk operations and greet visitors professionally.
- Attend and transfer incoming calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries.
- Manage visitor records, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Maintain office registers, files, and basic documentation.
- Coordinate with HR/Admin for office support activities.
- Ensure reception and waiting area are clean and well-organized.
- Assist in courier handling, office supplies, and daily administrative tasks.
- Support internal teams with coordination and communication.
Requirements:
- Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and computer operations.
- Presentable personality with professional attitude.
- Multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Prior receptionist/front office experience preferred.
