- Collaborate with the Fashion Designer to conceptualize and sketch design ideas for new collections. Conduct market research to identify trends, styles, and fabrics that appeal to our target market. Create moodboards and be able to contribute with ideas and creativity for any new drop. Create detailed technical sketches and CADs using design software or traditional methods. Prepare mood boards, color palettes, and design presentations for review and approval. Contribute to sample garment development, including pattern making. Participate in fittings, ensuring garments meet design specifications and fit standards. Work with the production team to communicate design specifications and address production issues. Support administrative tasks: schedule collection drops, document preparation, projects.
