Job Summary
Peninsula Redpine Hotel is looking for a dynamic and well-presented Public Relations (PR) Executive to enhance the hotel's brand image, build strong business relationships, and promote the hotel's services, restaurants, nightlife, banquets, and events. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, networking abilities, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, media representatives, influencers, celebrities, travel partners, and event organizers.
- Promote the hotel's restaurants, banquet facilities, nightlife, room packages, and special events.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate media interactions, influencer collaborations, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan and execute PR activities, brand promotions, launches, and special events.
- Represent the hotel at corporate meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and hospitality functions.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, F&B, and Events teams to maximize promotions and business generation.
- Handle VIP guest relations and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Prepare press releases, promotional content, and PR reports.
- Monitor online reviews, social media mentions, and public feedback to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Maintain a database of clients, media contacts, and business associates.
- Achieve monthly business generation and brand visibility targets.
- Ensure all promotional activities align with the hotel's brand standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Public Relations, Hospitality, Hotels, Nightlife, Events, or Luxury Brands.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Well-groomed personality with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as per business requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office, social media platforms, and digital communication tools.
