Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets
Generate leads and convert prospects into clients
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Monitor team performance and provide guidance/support
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
Prepare sales reports and market feedback
Candidate Requirements
4-8 years of experience in sales and team handling
Prior experience in Civil Construction or Real Estate industry preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
Ability to handle client meetings and negotiations
