Job Responsibilities
* Design creative and engaging visuals for social media, websites, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, and branding materials.
* Create logos, brochures, banners, presentations, packaging designs, and other print & digital assets.
* Develop visually appealing web graphics, landing pages, and UI elements.
* Collaborate with the marketing, content, and development teams to deliver impactful creative solutions.
* Utilize AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity and improve design workflows.
* Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print platforms.
* Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
* Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI technologies, and industry best practices.
* Review, revise, and optimize designs based on feedback before final delivery.
* Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions to strengthen brand communication.
Requirements / Skills
* 1.5–2.5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.
* Experience with AI-Assisted Design and AI Image Generation tools.
* Strong knowledge of Web Design and UI Design principles.
* Expertise in Branding & Logo Design.
* Experience in Social Media Creative Design.
* Knowledge of Motion Graphics and Video Editing.
* Strong understanding of Typography, Print & Digital Design.
* Excellent Creative Thinking with strong Attention to Detail.
* Strong Time Management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Excellent Team Collaboration and communication skills.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
* A strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work is mandatory.
* Relevant certifications in Adobe Creative Suite, UI/UX Design, Web Design, Motion Graphics, or AI Design Tools will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
