Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to manage the complete order-to-delivery cycle for our cables and wires industry. The ideal candidate will be the key link between sales, production, dispatch, and customers — ensuring smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and track customer orders from placement to delivery
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order fulfillment timelines
- Arrange and monitor transport/logistics.
- Maintain order status trackers, MIS reports, and dispatch schedules in Excel
- Communicate order updates, delays, and delivery schedules to dealers/distributors and customers
- Liaise with accounts team for billing and payment follow-ups related to dispatched orders
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce/Business)
- 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, order management, or logistics coordination — preferably in a manufacturing setup
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data tracking)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, organized, and able to multitask across departments
