HR and Admin Manager
Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and manage the
complete Human Resource functions of the organization. The candidate must possess strong
expertise in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll processing, statutory
compliance, labor laws, attendance and leave management, and third-party payroll coordination.
Candidates having prior experience in the real estate industry will be given added preference.
Experience Required
Minimum 5 years to Maximum 10 years of relevant HR experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and onboarding.
Handle employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities/off-boarding
procedures.
Manage payroll processing, salary structuring, reimbursements, and payroll compliance.
Coordinate and manage third-party payroll agencies and contractual manpower.
Supervise attendance management, leave records, employee database, and HR
documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and HR policies.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and confidential HR documentation.
Handle PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, and other statutory compliances.
Develop and implement HR policies, employee engagement activities, and performance
management systems.
Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
Coordinate with management regarding manpower planning and organizational
requirements.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and management updates as required.

Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS software, Excel, and reporting tools.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Educational Qualification
Graduate/Post Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates from the Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure industry will have an
added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
