Job Title: Sales Executive – B2B Sales
Location: Gwalior, MP
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand the dealer/distributor network in the assigned territory.
- Generate new business opportunities through market visits and lead generation.
- Meet electrical dealers, contractors, builders, and channel partners to promote company products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term business growth.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and order closures.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Submit daily visit reports and sales updates.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.
- Experience in B2B Sales, Channel Sales, Dealer Network Development, or Field Sales preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of electrical products will be an added advantage.
