Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced PLC Programmer with strong expertise in industrial automation systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience in PLC programming, troubleshooting, commissioning, and machine automation using Allen Bradley (AB), Siemens, and Delta PLC platforms. Knowledge of Structured Text (ST) programming language is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, program, test, and commission PLC-based automation systems.
- Work on Allen Bradley (AB), Siemens, and Delta PLC platforms.
- Design and modify PLC logic using Structured Text (ST) language.
- Troubleshoot automation and control system issues on machines and production lines.
- Integrate PLCs with HMI, SCADA, VFDs, and industrial communication protocols.
- Perform machine commissioning and on-site support activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, wiring references, and program backups.
- Coordinate with electrical, production, and maintenance teams for project execution.
- Ensure system safety, reliability, and process optimization.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge in:
- Allen Bradley (AB) PLC
- Siemens PLC
- Delta PLC
- Expertise in Structured Text (ST) Programming.
- Knowledge of HMI/SCADA development.
- Experience in industrial automation and machine commissioning.
- Understanding of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, etc.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Qualification
- B.E / B.Tech in:
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing or machine automation industry.
- Ability to handle multiple projects independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Salary
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
