Role Overview
The Business Strategist Intern will work closely with the Founder and leadership team to identify growth opportunities, develop strategic initiatives, analyze markets, evaluate business models, and support long-term organizational objectives. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about business strategy, consulting, startups, market research, and innovation.
The intern will gain practical experience in strategic planning, business analysis, competitive intelligence, growth strategy, and startup execution while contributing to the development and expansion of Orbit XII Technologies and Popop.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarket & Industry Research
- Conduct in-depth market, industry, and competitor research.
- Analyze emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Monitor startup ecosystems and industry developments.
- Prepare research reports and strategic insights.
Business Strategy Development
- Assist in developing short-term and long-term business strategies.
- Support strategic planning and goal-setting initiatives.
- Evaluate business opportunities and expansion possibilities.
- Contribute to business model innovation and optimization.
Competitive Analysis
- Analyze competitors’ products, services, pricing, and growth strategies.
- Identify competitive advantages and market gaps.
- Benchmark industry best practices and business models.
- Provide recommendations for strategic positioning.
Growth & Expansion Strategy
- Research customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Identify potential partnerships, collaborations, and growth channels.
- Assist in evaluating new markets and audience segments.
- Support business scaling and expansion initiatives.
Strategic Projects
- Work on high-impact projects assigned by the Founder.
- Develop strategic frameworks and implementation plans.
- Track project milestones and performance indicators.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure execution.
Business Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze operational and business performance data.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Support decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Monitor key business metrics and strategic objectives.
Innovation & Problem Solving
- Identify business challenges and improvement opportunities.
- Propose innovative solutions to organizational problems.
- Participate in brainstorming and strategic discussions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across teams.

Ideal Candidate

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
