Software Testing Trainer (Freelance)

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Software Testing Trainer to deliver training sessions for college students. The trainer should have strong knowledge of Manual Testing, Automation Testing, and Software Quality Assurance practices, along with the ability to provide hands-on practical training.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Software Testing training sessions for students.
- Deliver hands-on training on Manual Testing and Automation Testing concepts.
- Train students on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Guide students on test case creation, defect tracking, and quality assurance processes.
- Assist students with projects, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Manual Testing concepts and methodologies.
- Experience with Automation Testing tools such as Selenium.
- Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of API Testing, Database Testing, and Performance Testing is preferred.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as Jira.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior training or teaching experience is preferred.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Industry professionals, corporate trainers, and freelance trainers are welcome to apply.
- Relevant certifications in Software Testing are an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant training or industry experience preferred.
