We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple technical requirements across various technologies and experience levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process for technical and leadership hiring
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring expectations
- Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination
- Manage candidate engagement, follow-ups, and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates
- Stay updated with current IT hiring trends, technologies, and market insights
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong expertise in IT recruitment and stakeholder management
- Ability to handle multiple technical positions simultaneously
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
- Experience working with job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, and recruitment tools
- Strong negotiation and coordination abilities

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in IT Recruitment
- Experience handling technical and leadership hiring is preferred
Working Days:
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
