Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good System skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in Analysing & BD. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers through LinkedIn, Google, and other online platforms.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Update lead information in CRM or Excel.
- Follow up with potential customers to maintain engagement.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.
- Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong internet research skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
