Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter with 2+ years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, attract qualified candidates, and support organizational hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
- Post job openings on platforms like Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Manage offer rollout and joining formalities
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Manage and achieve monthly hiring targets of 10–20 onboardings
Required Skills :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals
- Ability to assess candidate profiles effectively
- Time management and multitasking ability
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation
Qualifications :
- MBA / Any Degree with HR specialization
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment.
