KEY DELIVERABLES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Project Planning and Monitoring
- Plan and monitor effective mobilization of manpower, material, machinery and
utilities as well as overall project operations for ensuring timely completion.
- Monitor the project qualitatively, developing a master schedule and its monitoring.
- Manage resources to perform project activities in cost effective manner.
-Co-ordination and correspondence with clients/ vendors/ subcontractors/ consultants/
licensors, purchase department, Finance department / statutory bodies for compliance of requirements.
- Coordination with Architects, Structural & Services designers.
- Development of Execution plans & work program.
- Ensure correctness of drawings supplied to the site.
- Monitor Progress of Construction Activity.
Materials Management
- Materials Demand forecasting.
- Plan and design for the delivery, distribution, storage, collection, and removal of
occupant-generated streams of materials and services.
- Recycling, trash, and hazardous waste collection and removal, to increase waste
diversion and reduce costs
- Service equipment and utility infrastructure relocation to improve aesthetics and realize landscaping goals.
- Regulatory and operation planning.
Safety and Quality Management
- Ensure safe working practices are adopted at site and to take immediate action on
deviations & monitor adherence to laid down standards to handle garbage or waste.
- Monitor adherence to quality systems and comply with ISO / TS quality standards,
environmental & safety standards along with maintaining the requisite documents.
- Conducting various tests and inspections as per the requirement.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
