Senior Site Supervisor – Bilaspur | 2 Positions
Aditya Ventures Global Projects Private Limited, operating under the brand “The Turnkey Company,” is hiring two Senior Site Supervisors for its interior turnkey projects in Bilaspur.
The selected candidate will independently manage project execution from site mobilisation to final handover. The role includes site planning, contractor coordination, quality control, material management, progress monitoring and supervision of junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Review drawings, BOQ, specifications and project schedules.
- Prepare daily and weekly execution plans.
- Manage civil, carpentry, modular, electrical, plumbing, ceiling, painting, flooring and finishing work.
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, designers and junior supervisors.
- Check measurements before procurement and fabrication.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, materials and specifications.
- Monitor quality and prevent delays, mistakes and rework.
- Verify material consumption, wastage and available stock.
- Check contractor measurements and bills against actual work.
- Maintain DPRs, photographs, checklists and approval records.
- Identify site problems in advance and recommend practical solutions.
- Prepare snag lists and complete final project handover.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and management.
- Ensure that no extra work is carried out without approval.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of interior or construction project-execution experience.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Experience in independently handling complete interior projects.
- Strong understanding of interior, furniture, electrical and plumbing drawings.
- Knowledge of measurements, BOQ, material reconciliation and contractor billing.
- Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving ability.
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality or healthcare interiors preferred.
- Two-wheeler/four-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
Pay: ₹11,910.51 - ₹20,000.00 per month
