Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Security Coordinator & Vulnerability Management Specialist to join our expanding security team. The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of security protocols, vulnerability management, and basic plugin implementation. This role demands strong cross-team collaboration to ensure effective coordination of security efforts and prompt resolution of vulnerabilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel for tracking and reporting, along with a basic understanding of Power BI for data analysis and visualization, is essential. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced team, playing a key role in safeguarding the integrity and security of our systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Security Fundamentals: Strong understanding of security principles, vulnerability management practices, and risk mitigation techniques.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams, facilitating collaboration and ensuring alignment on security initiatives.

MS Excel Expertise: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis for reporting and tracking security metrics.

Power BI Knowledge (Preferred): Basic experience with Power BI to create visual reports and dashboards for monitoring security data.

Technical Proficiency: Experience with security tools and plugins is a plus (e.g., vulnerability scanning tools).

Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to address issues in a proactive manner.
Preferred Qualification:

Experience working with security vulnerability management platforms.

Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (networking, operating systems, and applications).
