We are looking for an energetic Lead Generation Executive with 0–1 years of experience. You will find, research, and contact potential business clients across various industries. Your main goal is to use digital tools to build accurate lead lists and schedule introductory meetings for our sales team.
Core Responsibilities
Find Target Clients: Search for companies and decision-makers in assigned industries using digital tools.
Build Contact Lists: Collect accurate contact data, including verified email addresses and direct phone numbers.
Execute Cold Outreach: Connect with potential leads through cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and phone calls.
Schedule Meetings: Pitch our value proposition to set up introductory calls for the senior sales team.
Update CRM: Keep data, interaction histories, and lead statuses fully updated in our tracking system.
Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 0 to 1 year maximum in a sales, telemarketing, or customer-facing role (Freshers welcome).
Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with digital lead generation tools (such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, or ZoomInfo) to extract data for any required sector.
Tech-Savvy: Quick to learn new CRM software, database tools, and internet research techniques.
Communication: Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills to handle initial client pitches and objections.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
