We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational work. The role involves managing student data, handling office coordination, and assisting the academic team in smooth backend functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update student records, admissions data, and fee details
- Handle calls, messages, and basic inquiries from students and parents
- Manage documentation, files, and office databases
- Assist in scheduling classes, tests, and internal coordination
- Support faculty with printing, notes management, and academic logistics
- Handle basic computer work including Excel, Word, and online portals
- Coordinate with team members for smooth day-to-day operations
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate or Post Graduate (any stream)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email, internet)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Freshers can apply
- Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
