To provide safe, efficient, and courteous vehicle parking and retrieval services to hotel guests while maintaining high standards of guest service and vehicle safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide professional valet parking service.
- Receive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Drive all types of guest vehicles carefully and responsibly.
- Conduct a basic visual check of the vehicle before parking and report any existing damage or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicles received and returned.
- Ensure vehicle keys are securely handled and stored as per hotel procedures.
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage when required.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Security, and Bell Desk for smooth guest arrivals and departures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet parking area.
- Follow all traffic, parking, safety, and hotel SOPs.
- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when required.
- Ensure vehicles are returned promptly upon guest request.
- Report accidents, vehicle damage, incidents, or security concerns immediately.
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional conduct at all times.
Skills & Competencies
- Valid driving licence with a good driving record.
- Excellent driving and parking skills.
- Good knowledge of local roads and routes in Navi Mumbai/Mumbai.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a guest-oriented approach.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods.
- Good personal grooming and hygiene.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience as a Valet Driver / Hotel Driver / Chauffeur is preferred.
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 10th/12th pass preferred.
- 1–3 years of driving experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Experience handling premium/luxury vehicles will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
