Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain the company's interior design and turnkey services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule client appointments.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–4 years in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or Business Development.
- Good spoken communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong persuasion and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
