Role Overview:
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and organized Executive Assistant to support the Director in managing daily schedules, coordination, and administrative tasks. This role offers excellent exposure to leadership and business operations.
Key Responsibilities Executive Support:
- Manage Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate with internal teams for task follow-ups
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documents
- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence
- Arrange travel bookings and itineraries
- Maintain confidential files and records
Personal Assistance:
- Assist with personal travel and appointments
- Coordinate personal tasks and schedules when required
- Handle confidential matters professionally
Requirements:
* 2–3 years experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Admin Executive
* Experience supporting Director / CEO preferred
* Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong communication and coordination skills
