We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Telecaller to manage patient communication, schedule appointments, follow up with patients, and support the clinic's daily operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
- Follow up with patients regarding treatments, consultations, and recalls.
- Provide information about dental services, treatment plans, and clinic timings.
- Maintain and update patient records in the clinic management system.
- Respond to patient inquiries and resolve basic concerns.
- Contact prospective patients generated through marketing campaigns and convert inquiries into appointments.
- Send appointment reminders via phone, SMS, or messaging platforms.
- Coordinate with dentists and front-desk staff regarding patient schedules.
- Maintain daily call logs and reports.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with clinic policies.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
